If you want to solve the problems you think are impossible to solve, you must know that no problem is impossible.
Everything in your life begins and ends in your mind. Do you have debilitating PTSD like I had? Do you blame yourself for what happened to your friends or loved ones? Do you think it isn’t worth going on? Or maybe you have just had thoughts that kept you from being successful or happy for your whole life. You want to overcome a chronic illness like Lyme Disease? Babesia? Bartonella? Any other one? Have you gone to Doctors and other people but still never fixed these problems? All of this happened to me. I overcame all of it. I am not a doctor, and you certainly should be seeing one (if you can) if you have these issues, but no one else ever fixed any of these problems for me. I had to do it myself.
How did I do it? How does anyone fix their thinking and remove limitations on what they are capable of? How do you win against something that seems like it cannot be beaten?
Well first your mind must tell your body to fight. And you have to accept that fact that you CAN overcome any problem. No matter what. If your thoughts are not focused on victory then you will not win. If your thoughts are only focused on victory some of the time then you probably will not win. You must retrain your thinking to be consistent with your goal. You must think about it all the time. You must force yourself to think the right things.
How do you do this?
By retraining your brain, then your body will follow.
You probably have been allowing yourself to have defeatist thoughts and this has caused your body to follow suit. Now it is time to change that. Now its time to fight. The way I know how to do this is through a disciplined approach I explain in the video above. This video is the short version to give a broad audience an idea of what to do. I made this video so I could send it immediately to someone in crisis and they could, possibly for the first time, look in the mirror and take charge of their thinking. And force it to focus on victory. And victory alone. Here is a longer and more detailed version of the above video, either one is sufficient to get the concept and start yourself on the path to victory.
Once you understand that you can fix it all, and that you now have a weapon powerful enough to defeat anything (the power of your own mind), you need to know why.
Why do you want to get better?
Why do you want to live?
What do you want to do with this life you are trying to save?
What Is Your Reason?
In order for any of this to work, or really anything in your life to work, you have to have a reason. For most of us this reason will be that we want to get better and improve ourselves for our loved ones. You want to stay alive and do better, so you can be there for them. You can improve their lives.
If you have children, then they are your reason.
If you want to have children at some point, then they are your reason.
If you have a family of any kind then they are your reason. If you don’t have a family then your reason should be to help others who are going through what you have been through. You can be their light. You can give them the help that you wish you had when you were struggling.
Or the help that you wish you had now.
It is a miracle of the human experience that helping others will also help you. This does not have to be your reason, but you have to have one in order to be successful in recovery, improvement, or really anything.
This reason is what you will turn to when you are suffering the most. Whenever you have doubts about why you are doing it, or if you can continue, you will remember your reason and then you will come back twice as hard.
I have talked to a lot of people over the years and it is astounding how many people have the same story. Almost all of us find that, eventually, we want to help others who are going through what we went through. I have heard this so much (and experienced it myself, which is why you are reading this) that I have come to believe that helping others is the final stage of your healing.
Nothing I have written here has to be your reason. You can make it whatever you want. But you have to find it. It is why you will do everything else. If you don’t have a reason, or a strong enough one, then I am not sure that you can recover.
However, there will always be others to help. All the pain you have endured can translate into helping another. I think there is no more beautiful reason than that.
From now on, no matter what happens in your life, no matter what problem or conflict you encounter, know that
You Can Fight Forever
And
You Can Overcome Anything
Say the words, think the words, as often as you can and every time you encounter a new problem or opportunity.
Make it real.
You have spent enough time being afraid. Soon, your problems will fear you.
Now that we are making your mind stronger every day and correcting the thoughts that have been holding you back,
